To our clients and their families

As the world grapples with how to respond to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), we are proud of our Care Managers who continue to serve our clients in their homes and check on those in facilities who are locked down in any way that is safe.  We’d like to reassure you of steps we are taking to provide a safe and healthy experience for our clients, their families and our Care Managers. FHL Care Management is here to make your life easier during this challenging time. We are following CDC recommended guidelines regarding coronavirus, COVID-19, safety. Your health and the safety of your family, and that of our staff, is a top priority, which is why we have taken the following precautions:

• Our team is monitoring global, national and regional health authority guidelines to ensure appropriate action is taken when and where necessary.

• We are ensuring that our office is clean with a focus on high traffic areas. Our staff practices standard precautions and has the proper equipment:  gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, etc.

• Our associates are mandated to stay home when sick and avoid non-essential travel.

• Our team is ready to serve you through our cell phones and email. For those concerned about their family members, please call our cell phones and let us speak with you about your concern.  To protect both your safety and that of our Care Managers, we have required our staff to practice proper hand hygiene, avoid handshakes, and keep a distance of six feet as suggested by the CDC to avoid close contact. We value your business and more importantly, your health and the well-being of your family.

FHL is the acronym for Faith, Hope and Love. These qualities matter to us and if we all practice them, along with proper safety guidelines, we will emerge stronger from this national stressful time.

We believe hope has an incredible impact on how we live our lives.

Please let us know if we can help.
