This service is invaluable to anyone who finds themself becoming a caregiver for a loved one. I found myself becoming a caregiver for my mother because of a stroke and for my father who had dementia unexpectedly last year. I needed help navigating medical appointments, housing and healthcare decisions very quickly and from another state. FHL Care Management was the support I needed to make sure my parents were receiving the care they needed. The healthcare managers and owner were professional, organized, caring and available when I needed them. I can not recommend this service enough. FHL even helped me organize the move of my parents from Florida to Minnesota when it was time. They helped me find a reputable new Care Manager in Minnesota and made sure all of my parents medical records and history were shared to insure a smooth transition.

Worked briefly with Dianne Reynolds. My 61 yr old brother was having a mental crisis in FL and I live in PA. Dianne guided me thru what to do and who to call. Dianne was in constant communication with me which helped significantly b/c I am 1000 miles away. Caring and compassionate! Thank you for everything Dianne!

I highly recommend FHL Care Management. Our family needed assistance with a loved one living in an assisted living. Due to her dementia we could not depend on her to accurately report her condition. The staff at her facility were good but we needed additional support as she lived far from relatives. Diane was able to meet monthly with our loved one, and with the staff, and sent detailed reports of her findings. She was able to liaison with staff when we had concerns and was able to convey staff concerns to our family. When our loved one began exhibiting the paranoia common with dementia Diane was able to observe from a distance and utilize the connections she had made with staff to continue to provide us with an in depth report. She helped us through several hard decisions with gentle empathy and a broad knowledge of resources that were invaluable! FHL made our life easier during difficult times. The family, and our loved one, were always treated with respect and kindness. They were easy to work with and very responsive when we required extra services. The peace of mind that we experienced is invaluable.
